Gamecock Baseball Up To #3

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) — The #1 team in the country is still a school in the SEC East Division, but it’s not Florida or the defending national champion Gamecocks. Vanderbilt topped the new Baseball America top 25 poll Monday. The SEC East still has three of the top four teams in the country. After losing two out of three games at home to South Carolina over the weekend, previously top-ranked Florida drops to #4. USC moves up one spot to #3. The Gamecocks host The Citadel Wednesday night and Kentucky this weekend.
