Duke SmartState Endowed Chair for Health Care Quality at University of South Carolina and President and CEO of Health Sciences South Carolina, will discuss improving health care quality for South Carolinians at the HCQ Center and Health Sciences South Carolina, in connection with Mental Wellness Month.
