Carrera Will Not Play In USC Upstate Contest

COLUMBIA, S.C. (USC SID) – Gamecock head men’s basketball coach Frank Martin announced today that sophomore forward Michael Carrera has been suspended for Thursday’s contest versus USC Upstate for his involvement in a post-game altercation following Tuesday’s contest against Manhattan. South Carolina hosts USC Upstate today at 4 p.m. ET. The contest will be televised on Fox Sports Carolinas/SportSouth.
