Early Adventures: Dirt Diggers

How do we know what happened in a certain spot 100 years ago? The answer is archaeology! Come to Historic Columbia to learn about all the scientific, historical and dirty parts of archaeology—after all, how can you learn about archaeology without getting a little dirty? Our Early Adventures program introduces children from ages 3-5 to history through games, crafts and stories in monthly one-hour events.
