Democratic Presidential Hopefuls Debate the Criminal Justice System



CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) _Both Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders are reiterating their push to reform the criminal justice system during tonight’s Democratic presidential debate in Charleston, South Carolina. Clinton says it’s riddled with “systemic racism” and Sanders derides it as “broken.” Martin O’Malley is defending his record in Baltimore and Maryland on criminal justice.
