Dusting of Snow in the Midlands

COLUMBIA, SC ( WOLO ) – – Saturday morning many in the Midlands woke up to a light dusting of snow.

In Northwest Richland County, the snow covered roofs and decks. The snow did not stick to roadways or lawns.

Traces of snow were also reported in Lexington County and other areas of the Midlands that did not experience freezing rain, ice or snow on Friday.

A few flakes were falling shortly after 7am in Richland County.
