ABC Bringing Back ‘Pyramid’ Game Show with Michael Strahan

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) — The classic game show “Pyramid” is making a comeback on ABC, this time with host Michael Strahan.

The reboot of the iconic show hosted by Strahan, co-host of “Live! With Kelly and Michael” and a regular on “Good Morning America,” will now be titled “$100,00 Pyramid.”

The new version of the shoe will stay true to the classic format, featuring two contestants, each paired with a celebrity. Players will attempt to guess a series of words or phrases based on descriptions given to them by their teammates.

Casting for the New York based show is set to begin in April.

The show, produced by Sony Pictures Television, is slated to air on ABC this summer.
