19 Year Old Shot, Killed in Sumter

Sumter, S.C. (WOLO)– Deputies in Sumter say a teen died at the hospital after he was shot in the chest Thursday night.
A spokesperson for the department says the teen was shot at a home on Somerset Dr. at Windsor City trailer park.
Paramedics worked to save the victim but deputies say he died at Palmetto Toumey hospital a short time later.
Deputies say they are questioning a person of interest who was found in a home nearby.
