Suspected mail bomber appears in court for the second time
(ABC News) – The man suspected of sending pipe bombs in the mail to Democratic figures and those critical of Trump, Cesar Sayoc made his second appearance in court for his bail hearing.
Sayoc will remain in prison after he waived his right to a pretrial detention hearing on Friday in Miami. Sayoc will be transferred to New York to face Federal charges.
