Negotiations to end Government shutdown fall flat on day 6

Washington, DC (ABC News) —It’s day 6 and  there is still no deal to fully reopen the Federal Government or fund president trump’s wall on the US-Mexico border wall.

The President is back in Washington after his surprise trip to Iraq, but Thursday negotiations with Democrats went nowhere.
