Minnesota toddler tumbles out of moving car into traffic

Mankato, Minnesota (ABC News) — a 2 year old baby girl is safe after witnesses say they watched the toddler, still strapped in her car seat fall out of a moving car into the street. The driver of the car that authorities say never stopped could be charged with reckless driving and improper installation of a car seat.
