Democrats call President Trump declaration of a national emergency a “power grab”

(ABC NEWS) – President Trump has officially declared a national emergency at the Southern border using a mix of that declaration and executive action he will access roughly $8 billion to build his wall.

Democrats call the move a “Power grab” and warn of long lasting repercussions.
