WASHINGTON (ABC NEWS) – President Trump unveiled his new plan for immigration Thursday (5/16), saying the United States will welcome those with “top talent” over those who have family ties.

President Trump also pushed the idea of requiring immigrants to learn English along with passing a civics test to go along with his merit based plan.
