Early morning shooting on Blossom Street leaves man injured


COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) – Columbia Police say a man was injured around midnight Wednesday on Blossom Street during a shooting incident.

The victim, 27, suffered an injury to the lower body, police say.

The incident occurred in the 4400 block of Blossom Street.

The victim is in stable condition at an area hospital.

Police say witnesses reported hearing the victim and an unidentified male arguing moments before the shooting occurred.
