Report doesn’t exonerate Trump, could be charged after leaving office: Mueller

(ABC NEWS) – Former special counsel Robert Mueller faced hours of questioning from two congressional house panels over his 22-month long Russia probe.

Lawmakers from both sides hoped to use his testimony to shape public opinion of his report.
