Florida deputy fired, arrested after video shows him slamming student to the ground

(ABC NEWS) – A Florida deputy is under arrest for an incident caught on camera inside a school for children with emotional and behavioral issues.

The deputy is seen grabbing a 15-year-old girl by the neck and throwing her to the ground.
