President Trump anounceds a three phase plan to reopen the country

(ABC News) — A big announcement from the President Thursday as the White House has released new federal guidelines to reopen the country. The plan allows governors to institute a three phase opening–the President saying he has worked with both Democratic and Republican Governors.
