President Trump pushing to fast-track a vaccine for end of the year

(ABC NEWS) – Cases of the coronavirus are still rising in at least 18 states as more and more governors navigate the complex process of re-opening.

With many hoping to get the country back in business, President Trump is now looking to fast track a vaccine.
