Colleges and Universities are rethinking how to approach higher learning during a pandemic

(ABC News) — Some colleges and universities are saying they will stick with online learning in the Fall.

Meanwhile, others are still trying to determine how they will reopen, as some wonder if they will be able to do it safely.

Here’s ABC’s Tom Llamas with more.
