President Biden addresses U.N. General Assembly for first time since taking office

ABC NEWS– President Joe Biden addressed the United Nations General Assembly in New York City Tuesday. It’s his first time speaking to the members since taking office, and it comes amid the fallout from the Afghanistan withdrawal and heightened tensions with the European Union.
