ABC NEWS– President Joe Biden is warning of severe consequences if Russia invades Ukraine, including the possibility of personal sanctions against Russian President Vladimir Putin. Russia has repeatedly insisted it won’t attack, but Moscow is conducting new military drills in the region in a show of force.
