President Biden could meet with Russian President Putin in the coming days

ABC NEWS– Russian forces are massed at the border, and the administration believes they are on the brink of invading. Last night, word came in of a possible meeting between President Joe Biden and Russian President Vladimir Putin. The meeting, if it happens, would take place in the coming days.
