Russian and Ukrainian delegates meet for third round of talks

ABC NEWS– U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken is renewing calls for Russia to end its war in Ukraine now, after a third round of talks between Russian and Ukrainian delegates Monday. The U.S. and NATO remain opposed to a no-fly zone over Ukraine, but that hasn’t stopped President Zelenskyy’s urgent pleas. The White House is now considering banning imports of Russian oil.
