$15 billion in COVID-19 response funding stripped from new spending bill

ABC NEWS– A potential new uptick in COVID-19 cases nationwide, with traces of the virus reportedly going up in wastewater. This comes as the White House says it will have to stop some COVID-19 response efforts, with Congress stripping $15 billion in COVID-19 funding from a spending bill.
