Richland Co. deputies searching for missing man with dementia

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Richland Co. deputies are searching for a missing man with dementia, says RCSD.

The sheriff’s department says, 70-year-old Ronnie Skipper was last seen on Sal Sue Court around 5 p.m. before walking away from the area.

Skipper was last seen wearing black jogging pants, a light blue t-shirt, a blue jean jacket, and maybe a black or blue cap.

He is about 5’8″, and 175 pounds with a bald head.

Furthermore, he suffers from dementia, and may appear disoriented.
