Heat again threatens SC Midlands, coast
COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) — Another day of dangerous heat in much of South Carolina.
The National Weather Service on Tuesday issued heat advisories for 28 of South Carolina’s 46 counties. The warning is in effect from noon until 8 p.m.
Forecasters say the dangerous conditions will be in effect on the east side of a line stretching from Darlington to Aiken counties.
The heat index is expected to range from 105 to 110.
