New Law Requires State to list Railroad Crossings

COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) — A new South Carolina law named after a 16-year-old who died in a train wreck in July 2009 requires the state transportation agency to list all railroad crossings on its website. The law signed by Gov. Nikki Haley is named for John Brabham III of Sumter County.
