Columbia man found shot to death in Anderson hotel
ANDERSON, S.C. (AP) — Authorities say a man was found shot to death in an Anderson hotel.
The Anderson County Coroner’s Office says the 44-year-old man from Columbia was found shot Saturday morning at the Stay Lodge Extended Stay Hotel. His name has not been released.
Investigators say the shooting appears to be a homicide and have scheduled an autopsy for Sunday.
Authorities say the man was working as an electrical contractor in Starr and had a roommate at the hotel.
