Stanley isn’t the only former Tiger near the top of the leaderboard. D.J. Trahan, Ben Martin and Charles Warren were all 4 under after the first round of play. Davis Love III and Matt McQuillan were the clubhouse leaders at 7 under. Former Clemson and Spring Valley standout Jonathan Byrd finished his first round a disappointing even par.
