19-year-old man shot to death in Florence

FLORENCE, S.C. (AP) — A 19-year-old man has been shot and killed after a fight in Florence.

Florence County Coroner M.G. “Bubba” Matthews said the teen was pronounced dead at the hospital Sunday night about 20 minutes after authorities started getting 911 calls about a fight and a shooting.

The name of the victim has not been released.

Deputies say they are questioning someone about the shooting, but no arrests have been made.
