Man fatally shot on front porch in Spartanburg

SPARTANBURG, S.C. (AP) — Spartanburg police say a man has been shot to death sitting on his front porch.

Authorities said officers responding to a 911 call found Cedric Moss lying in his front yard just before 5 a.m. Monday.

Investigators say Moss was shot under his armpit and died a short time later at the hospital.

Spartanburg police have issued a murder warrant for 37-year-old Keith Letmon.

Investigators haven’t released a motive in the shooting.
