I-20 Westbound flowing again after morning incident

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) — A tractor trailer turned on its side Wednesday morning, causing complete blockage of I-20 westbound around Malfunction Junction and shutting off the ramp from I-26 eastbound to I-20 westbound. SCDOT cameras showed that one 18-wheeler was turned on its side, while another was blocking off the ramp leading to the interstate. Traffic is now flowing normally in the area.
