(WOLO) IRMO, S.C., Forget the turkey dinner, some bargain hunters say they were hungry for a good deal and spent hours gearing up for Black Friday. The Harbison Boulevard Best Buy in Irmo had a line that wrapped around the length of the store’s parking lot. Eager customers with lawn chairs and tents waited for hours and in some cases days to be the first in the door. Electronics are one of the hot ticket items this year, specifically flat screen televisions and computers with slashed prices that brought people out in droves. Customers say it doesn’t matter how long it takes, they’re thankful if they can get a good deal. Toys R’ Us opens at 9pm. Walmart opens at 10pm. Macy’s, Khol’s, JC Penny’s and Target will open their doors at midnight Friday morning.
