Football Game Stabbing

COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) _ Authorities say two men have been arrested for an assault and stabbing before the Clemson-South Carolina football game. Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott said Tuesday 24-year-old Dustin Haile had been charged with attempted murder and 25-year-old Adam Rodriguez had been charged with assault by mob. Investigators say deputies responded to an assault call during tailgating before the football game on Nov. 26. Lott says Haile was fighting with another person over moving barricades for a tailgating spot when Rodriguez punched the person. Lott says Haile later stabbed the victim in the upper body. It wasn’t known if the men had lawyers. Court records show Haile has posted bond, and Rodriguez was listed in custody in the Richland County jail on $50,000 bond.
