Haley names members of her Original Six board
COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) — South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley on Monday named the members of her Original Six foundation board. Haley made herself chairwoman of the board, and also picked the following 10 people to serve on the charitable foundation:
— The Rev. Jimmy S. Gallant III, a Charleston City councilman and a chaplain with the Charleston Police Department.
— Catherine Heigel, president of Duke Energy South Carolina.
— Michael Johnson, president and CEO of Cox Industries.
— Pamela Lackey, president of AT&T in South Carolina
— State Sen. John Matthews, a Democrat from Bowman and a retired principal.
— Pat McKinney, a member of the Board of Directors for the State Ports Authority.
— Smyth McKissick, chairman and CEO of Alice Manufacturing Company in Easley.
— Mike Sisk, executive vice president and chief financial officer of Ben Arnold Beverage Co.
— Hal Stevenson, CEO of Grace Outdoor.
— Abe Turner, executive director of the South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce.
