Man dies in Berkeley County mobile home fire

PINEVILLE, S.C. (AP) — Authorities say a Berkeley County man has died in a mobile home fire.

Officials say the fire was reported about 8 a.m. Wednesday in the mobile home in the Pineville community, located on the north side of Lake Moultrie.

The cause of the fire is under investigation. The victim’s name hasn’t been released because relatives are being notified.
