Immigration, election financing topics at SC forum
CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) — Immigration and campaign financing are among the topics being discussed at a government forum at the Charleston School of Law.
The two-day symposium scheduled to open Thursday features Common Cause CEO Bob Edgar, former South Carolina congressman Bob Inglis of Greenville and state House Speaker Bobby Harrell.
The sessions feature 25 panelists and moderators on five panels.
The event is sponsored by the Charleston School of Law and the Riley Institute at Furman University.
