Ex-Mullins coach admits he sent porn pics to teens

MARION, S.C. (AP) — A 29-year-old former football coach at Mullins High School will have to register as a sex offender the rest of his life after pleading guilty to showing pictures of his genitals to two teen girls.

Gregory Hill cried as he apologized to the victims in court Friday. His lawyer says he has received counseling since his September 2010 arrest.

Authorities say Hill asked a 16-year-old student to come in his office, then showed her pictures of his genitals. Hill also sent similar pictures to a 14-year-old Dillon County girl he met through a youth program at a church.

Hill won’t have to go to prison as long as he successfully completes five years of probation. But he will have to immediately sign up for the South Carolina sex offender registry.
