SC Cattlemen’s Association holding annual meeting

WEST COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) — Cattle producers from across South Carolina are heading to their annual meeting.

The South Carolina Cattlemen’s Association is holding its one-day gathering on Saturday at the Phillips Market Center located at the State Farmers Market in West Columbia.

Cattlemen are expected to attend informational sessions, including a legislative update and leadership training for new members.

There is also a meeting of the newly formed S.C. Cattlewomen’s Organizational and a session on cattle marketing and management.
