Charleston County man killed in shootings
NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) — A Charleston County man has been killed and three other people were hurt in a shooting incident in North Charleston.
Police spokesman Spencer Pryor says officers were called to a house shortly before 4 a.m. Saturday and found four people with gunshot wounds inside.
Chief Deputy Coroner Bobbi Jo O’Neal says the victim was 57-year-old Anthony Gailliard Sr. of Hollywood.
Two men and one woman were taken to the Medical University of South Carolina Hospital for treatment. Their names and conditions were not known.
O’Neal says Gailliard died at the scene.
Investigators are trying to determine what led to the shootings. No arrests have been made.
