Dillon man charged with killing brother

DILLON, S.C. (AP) — A Dillon man has been arrested and charged with killing his brother.

Sheriff’s deputies say 31-year-old John McMillan Lane III is accused of killing 29-year-old Bradley Dean Lane of Dillon.

Deputies found the body early Sunday afternoon. Sheriff’s Capt. Cliff Arnette says the suspect called investigators and that led them to the body.

An autopsy is being performed to determine how Bradley Lane died.

It was not clear if John Lane has a lawyer.
