Author Ian McEwan speaks at USC reading group

COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) — The University of South Carolina’s community reading group is wrapping up its session with an address by British author Ian McEwan.

McEwan is the author of the novel “Atonement,” and won the Man Booker Prize for his book “Amsterdam.”

The address is at 6 p.m. in the School of Law auditorium. McEwan’s talk is free and open to the public.
