Man shot to death in St. Stephen; 1 arrested
ST. STEPHEN, S.C. (AP) — Berkeley County sheriff’s deputies say a 23-year-old St. Stephen man has been shot to death.
Investigators arrested another St. Stephen man on Wednesday and charged him with murder.
Sheriff’s spokesman Dan Moon said investigators were called to the home Tuesday night and found David Sepulveda dead. Deputies have not released a motive in the shooting.
Thirty-year-old Franklin Lamont Ham has been arrested. It was not clear if Ham has an attorney.
