Man found shot to death in North Charleston street

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) — Investigators in North Charleston are trying to figure out how a 23-year-old man ended up shot to death in a city street,

Officers responding to a call about shots being fired found Andre Manigault dead early Saturday morning. Police say a second man was found shot in the leg nearby.

A car matching the description of a vehicle seen speeding away from the shooting was pulled over a short time later, and investigators are trying to determine if it is linked to the shooting.

Police haven’t determined a motive for the killing.
