Two Charged in Murder of Midlands Woman
Columbia, SC (WOLO)– Two men already in custody have been charged, for a second time with murder. Columbia Police say Lawrence Stevens and Peter Chalers have been charged with murder in connection with the death of Rachel Goodnight. Stevens and Chalers were already in custody accused of the murder of Richard Kinsey. Goodnight’s body was found in a wooded area off Garners Ferry Rd. near a homeless camp on April 12th.
