Three Arrested in Recycling Plant Fire
Cayce, SC (WOLO)–Three men arrested in the wake of a massive fire. Officials with the Cayce Department of Public Safety say Charles Good, Doug Kow Syng Jen, and Israel RIzo are all charged with unlawful burning. The arrests come in the wake of a fire at the World WIde Recycling Plant on Foreman St. in CAYCE June 29th. The fire burned for several days and two firefighters were taken to the hospital for heat exhaustion while fighting the fire.
