Deputies Look for Answers in Gilbert Murder

Gilbert, SC (WOLO)–Lexington County deputies say a 72 year old Gilbert man shot and killed over the weekend may have known his attacker. Investigators say Robert Mitchell was last seen alive just after three saturday morning at the 44 Truck Stop in Gilbert. Investigators say he was shot and killed in his home on Juniper Springs road between four and eight Saturday morning. Several items were missing from his home.
