Shooting Suspects Arrested
(WOLO) Columbia, S.C., — 49 year old David Wendell Martin and 55 year old Timothy Thompson, Jr. were arrested Sunday morning and charged with attempted murder after police allege the duo opened fire on a car sitting in a cosmetology parking lot early Saturday morning. Columbia police were called to Fountaine Road just after 3 Saturday morning for a report of gunshots fired. Once they arrived they found a car riddled with bullets. Authorities say occupants inside the car at the time of the shooting were not injured. No word on a possible motive for the shooting. Both men are expected to appear in court for a bond hearing later this week.
