Death of Man in National Forest Ruled SC Homicide

MONCKS CORNER, S.C. (AP) _ The Berkeley County Coroner says the death of a man whose body was found in the Francis Marion National Forest was a homicide. Coroner Bill Salisbury said 31-year-old Robert Lamar Moultrie of Conway was shot to death. He did not provide additional details. Moultrie‘s body was found inside an SUV off state Highway 41 early Tuesday. Moultrie‘s aunt reported him missing to Georgetown County deputies Monday.
