Watkins Shines In Return To Field

CLEMSON, S.C. (WOLO) — The no. 11 Tigers offense is complete with star receiver Sammy Watkins returning from his two-game suspension for his May arrest. In the 41-7 Clemson win over Furman, Watkins had the first rushing touchdown of his career and had 112 total yards. Watkins said after today’s game that he told coaches he just wanted them to work him back into the Tigers offense “naturally.” Listen to head coach Dabo Swinney’s post-game comments on Watkins’ first rushing TD and his return to the field above.
